There's news here of my next studio guests, as well as a few wot's-on of interest to all us arterly types...

FIRST! My next studio guests this Tuesday Nov 17 at 4 are Peggy Ward and Richard Tyley of Lansdown Art Club, one of the longest running art clubs in Stroud. They'll be talking about their own paintings; what got them painting in the first place; and, of course, the club.

AND they'll be bringing along some of the music they've been moved by; which for Richard is going to be difficult, as he paints in silence - tune in and find out!

WOT's ON? Friday Nov 20: the heart-breaking Short Blues Fuse are playing their irrepressible blues at Brewery Arts in Cirencester...their singer is none other than StroudFM's very own Marion Miller.
Fri 20 - Sunday 22 Nov: Advanced Baroque String Ensemble at Hawkwood.
Saturday Nov 21: the fabulous Goma will be playing their sensational and inspiring Indian chants inTrinity Rooms, Field Road, Stroud. Doors open at 7.
Also at the Brewery in Cirencester: Thurs Nov 26: Writers in the Brewery featuring Phil Kirby and his new collectin of poetry Watermarks.
